CAPACITY PROFILE

FourStones is a private limited company (OÜ) registered in Estonia and supported by a network of associates with a long track record in the design and facilitation of projects in the global development cooperation industry. The director of the company is a senior project architect from Germany.

FourStones designs project proposals for consultancy companies, foundations, associations and other organizations bidding for tenders issued by multi-/bilateral donor agencies. The design work might include desk research, scoping missions, the preparation of technical proposals, and where applicable financial proposals through to the point of submission.

FourStones offers short, modular group training and individual coaching for project architects:

The objective of the training courses is to introduce project architects to the formats for project submissions used by multi-/bilateral funding agencies like the Chinese Development Cooperation Agency, the European Union, the German development agency GIZ, specialized United Nations agencies, or the World Bank. Group training is face-to-face and usually delivered as part of a corporate staff development program;
The objective of our coaching service is to support project architects to step-by-step complete their own project bids. Coaching is usually delivered online.

FourStones maintains strict confidentiality in its customer relationships and never prepares competing bids under the same tender. Its attractive fee structures are premium-based, sharing both the risk and the return on investment with the client.

FourStones can prepare project submissions in Chinese, English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish. Training and coaching services can be delivered in Chinese, English, German and Spanish.
