Project design
FourStones designs project proposals for consultancy companies, foundations, associations and other organizations bidding for tenders issued by multi-bilateral donor agencies. The design work might include desk research, scoping missions, the preparation of technical proposals, and where applicable financial proposals through to the point of submission.
Training
FourStones offers short, modular group training courses that induct project architects to the formats for project submissions used by multi-/bilateral funding agencies like the Chinese Development Cooperation Agency, the European Union, the German Development Agency GIZ, specialized United Nations agencies, or the World Bank. Group training is face-to-face and usually delivered as part of a corporate staff development program.
Coaching
FourStones coaches project architects to step-by-step complete their own project bids. Coaching is usually delivered online.
