With the objective to obtain the most recent information and a comprehensive, reliable overview of the tender topic, we conduct research that is multilingual, reaches across different media and covers a large number of documents in a short period of time. We mainly use official sources such as government agencies, international organizations, or research institutes and supplement with  additional sources for greater depth. In many cases, our clients ask us to carry out factfinding in preparation for the actual tender. Our team has the necessary linguistic skills, technical know-how, and experience to conduct remote or on-site factfinding in different cultural contexts and in several different languages even at short notice. Together with the client, we agree on a list of key informants and then proceed to conduct interviews by phone or in person. Our factfinding reports are fact-based, clearly written, and directly relevant for the proposal. 

For the technical proposal, we build on twenty years of experience with project design and implementation.
